Description

The whole cycle of gelato production in one machine. Compacta 4 is a two-in-one unit: in the upper part the horizontal cylinder mixes ingredients, in the lower part the second horizontal cylinder makes gelato. It is an all-in-one equipment, covering the whole production process of artisanal gelato.
